You can log in to the adult student benefits online service through suomi.fi authentication. In the Suomi.fi service, you can identify yourself with personal online banking IDs, a mobile certificate or a certificate card.
Suomi.fi identification is a common and secure identification service for public administration transaction services, which the Digital and Population Data Services Agency is responsible of.
Employee
In order to access our online service, you must log in through the Suomi.fi service. Use your personal online banking ID, mobile certificate, or certificate card to authenticate.
We require strong authentication through Suomi.fi so that we can verify your identity and guarantee you secure transactions.

Employer or employer's representative
In order to fill in the employer's form in our online service, you must identify yourself through the Suomi.fi service. Use your personal online banking ID, mobile certificate, or certificate card to authenticate.
Even if you log in to our online service with your personal information, we will only record the name of the employer in the identification process. We therefore do not store the notifier's personal information.
Company or organization IDs do not serve as a means of identification.
If you do not have the possibility to use an online banking ID, mobile certificate or certificate card to authenticate yourself through Suomi.fi service, please act accordingly to the following instructions.
Technical instructions
In matters related to adult education allowance, we recommend using our online service. It is the fastest and the most secure way for the application process and contacting us.
The online service works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge (Chromium), and Safari browsers. If you are having technical issues, please make sure to check from the settings that you are using the latest version of your browser. The online service does not work with Internet Explorer.
Our online service is unavailable between 1.00 and 4.00 am due to database updates.
